The Pirates of Maidstone Day
A small team from All Saints’, Loose went to spring clean the Loose Infants Garden on March 1st under the banner of Hope08. We gave the school a gift of this nature garden at a cost of £7000 last summer and as part of Hope08 we decided to give it a thorough going over to get it ready for this year. We partnered with the community warden scheme and the borough council to get it built. The photos show some of the team after spending the morning digging, pruning, sowing and planting a few weeks ago. The school love the garden and the kids and teachers use it as an outdoor classroom.
